To 19-month low against the Euro. Funniest line of the article: "On Friday, China warned other countries that holding excessive dollar reserves may not be a good idea ." My italics.

I do agree with Amaury that Ben Bernanke has fewer policies degrees of freedom with which to play the policy game compared to his predecessor Alan Greenspan.
